South Luangwa National Park entry fees
The gate fee is only part of what you pay. Camps inside the park add a national park bed-night levy and the Luangwa Community and Conservation Fund, usually bundled as one line: budget $75 to $110 per person per night in fees and levies if you stay inside the park.

A day runs 06:00 to 18:00 and is a calendar day, not a rolling 24 hours, so an overnight stay inside the park spans two permit days.

Note the gap: a foreign-registered car costs roughly twenty times a Zambian one. Worth knowing if you are driving up from South Africa or Namibia.

There is no official walking safari or night drive fee. Both are included in park entry, and what you actually pay is your camp's activity price.
